Who is responsible

Parafernalia, S.A. de C.V. (que opera como Enlaces Gastronómicos), con domicilio en Horacio 528, Int. 104, Col. Polanco, Alc. Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11560, Ciudad de México, es responsable del tratamiento de tus datos personales.

What we collect

• If you write to us — nombre, apellido, correo electrónico, teléfono (opcional) y el mensaje que redactas.
• If you subscribe — únicamente tu correo electrónico y el idioma en el que prefieres recibirlo.
• If you represent a restaurant — los datos de contacto que capturas en el formulario de participación: nombre, correos y teléfonos de las personas a contactar.
• Audience measurement — datos agregados de navegación (páginas vistas, país, tipo de dispositivo, sitio de procedencia). No identifican a una persona.

“My route” — the restaurants you save — stays only in your browser. It is never sent to a server.

What we use them for

• Responder a lo que nos preguntas.
• Mandarte el boletín del festival, si lo pediste.
• Organizar la participación de los restaurantes y las experiencias.
• Entender qué contenidos se consultan, para mejorar el sitio.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share them with

Only with the providers that run the site, and only for that purpose. Their servers are in the United States:

• Supabase — base de datos, cuentas y archivos.
• Vercel — alojamiento del sitio y medición de audiencia.
• Google — medición de audiencia y herramientas de búsqueda.

Your rights

You may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Object to the use of your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
